Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Our Association’s main aim is to give an unmatched service to the members and we believe in helping our members to the farthest extent, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Keeping the convenience of the members in mind, we have formulated easy, hassle free cancellation and refund policy.
If, however, unfortunately you have to cancel, you need to send an email to email@example.com stating your Order ID. The cancellation has to be done within the allowable timeframe which would be indicated well in advance.
If you change/cancel your order:
In case you want to cancel or change, you need to email us to firstname.lastname@example.org within the stipulated days from your order placement. Acceptance of this request is at the sole discretion of The Bengal Association. If your request is accepted by us, we will either change the numbers of coupons or refund the amount (as the situation may be) with or without deducting any processing charges. This would be equally applicable to all the members. Any changes or cancellation of order, post the threshold of the stipulated timeline (usually within 5 days after sending of the first email circular and this ay also differ at times), will not be entertained.
If you cancel your order after the stipulated timeline indicated well in advance:
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the amount in this case Kindly note that we expect that any member do not indulge in fraudulent transaction. If any such transaction by any member or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website is suspected, we reserve our sole discretion to cancel such orders. We will also preserve a negative list of all such fraudulent transactions and members and would subsequently deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the payment is received. The same will be done within 14 working days (Bank working days) from the date of cancellation of order. Following scenario may arise for refund –
1. Incase we are unable to fulfill your request/order: On a highly unlikely situation that we are unable to fulfill your request for unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you and incase you want a refund, we will refund the entire amount. Alternately, we can adjust this amount for some other similar upcoming activity available of an equivalent value, post your concurrence.
